Comprehensive Services

Callers can receive guidance on intimate partner violence and sexual assault, including education, safety planning, and referrals to community resources. Our advocates also offer information on support groups, mental health and substance use treatment, legal support, and parenting assistance.

Emergency Assessment and Case Management

The Crisis Line includes an imminent risk assessment to determine eligibility for our short-term emergency safehouse. Callers can also schedule appointments with case managers at Hilltop’s Family Resource Center for further assistance and personalized support.
