Latimer House’s Crisis Line is available around the clock, offering immediate access to trained advocates who are ready to listen and provide support during difficult times. Whether you have questions, concerns, or need someone to talk to, help is just a phone call away.
Callers can receive guidance on intimate partner violence and sexual assault, including education, safety planning, and referrals to community resources. Our advocates also offer information on support groups, mental health and substance use treatment, legal support, and parenting assistance.
The Crisis Line includes an imminent risk assessment to determine eligibility for our short-term emergency safehouse. Callers can also schedule appointments with case managers at Hilltop’s Family Resource Center for further assistance and personalized support.
