Emergency Safe Housing

Our emergency safehouse provides a secure, temporary place to stay for individuals escaping domestic violence, sexual assault, or other dangerous situations. Services are free, confidential, and available to everyone, regardless of gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or immigration status.

Personalized Support

Every resident works with a dedicated advocate who provides personalized case management, safety planning, emotional support, and connections to community resources throughout Western Colorado.

Personalized Case Management & Victim Advocacy

Every survivor's situation is unique. Our advocates work one-on-one with residents to develop individualized safety plans, navigate available resources, and connect them with legal assistance, counseling, healthcare providers, financial resources, employment services, children's services, and long-term housing opportunities.

Crisis Intervention & Emergency Relocation

For individuals facing ongoing danger, Latimer House can coordinate emergency relocation and help develop a personalized plan for long-term safety. Our advocates assist with emergency transportation, relocation planning, referrals, and connections to housing resources throughout Mesa, Montrose, Delta, and Ouray counties.
