Hilltop's Latimer House Crisis Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone experiencing domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, family abuse, or human trafficking. Whether you are in immediate danger, need emotional support, are looking for resources, or simply need someone to listen, our trained advocates provide free, confidential crisis intervention throughout Western Colorado.
You do not have to face this alone. One phone call can connect you with compassionate support, safety planning, victim advocacy, referrals, and emergency services.
Our advocates help individuals, families, friends, and professional referral partners understand their options and make informed decisions. Services include crisis intervention, personalized safety planning, education about domestic violence and sexual assault, referrals to community resources, legal advocacy, support groups, mental health and substance use treatment, parenting resources, and connections to additional services throughout Mesa, Montrose, Delta, and Ouray counties.
If you are calling on behalf of someone else, we can also provide guidance on how to safely support them.
If you are in immediate danger, our advocates will conduct a confidential assessment to determine whether emergency safehouse services are appropriate. When additional support is needed, we can connect you with Hilltop's Family Resource Center for case management, ongoing victim advocacy, community resources, and personalized support to help you move toward safety and stability.
